Good news for the Cornish Pirates at the start of this New Year confirms that Josh Caulfield is returning to the club on dual registration with Exeter Chiefs.
Taunton-born Josh, still aged just 22, who plays at lock or in the back row and is a former England under 20s player, has previously made 64 appearances for the Cornish Pirates, having first arrived at the Mennaye Field similarly dual-registered at the start of the 2016/17 season.
Commenting reference Josh, who has featured for Exeter Chiefs both in the Premiership Rugby Cup and the ‘A’ League this season, Cornish Pirates’ coach Alan Paver has said:
We are over the moon to see someone of his quality make a return. Josh has been a fantastic performer for us, and Exeter, and is also popular with members of our squad.
