Great Feedback from Live Streaming Survey

Given the opportunity to take part in a survey reference the Live Streaming of matches in this season’s Greene King IPA Championship, supporters have provided great feedback.

In just over a week more than 1,000 responses were received to questions including which club do ‘you’ support, live streams purchased, how booked and the ease of booking, the price (£10), entertainment value, what improvements could perhaps be made, and publicity etcetera.

A few supporters have experienced certain difficulties, especially initially, however overall there has been much positivity. A range of comments include:

“It’s a very good service and has been a great compensation for not being able to attend home games.”

“Make it straightforward to link.”

“I love that we could buy a season ticket for home games as well as buying away games individually.”

“It’s a good service but would be so much better if it was easy to log onto the stream more easily.”

“This gives me the chance to watch my club when live attendance is prohibited.”

“Generally, my experience with the streams has been very positive.”

“I am actually watching a bit of live rugby.”

“Make instructions idiot-proof.”

“I can watch the Pirates home and away.”

“Thoroughly enjoy the live streaming.”

“I can’t think of an improvement.”

“Very, very grateful for the live streaming -it has been a lifeline for us.”

“I am able to watch it from anywhere in the world!”

Cornish Pirates’ commentators Rhodri McAtee and Murray Westren have received praise from those who have enjoyed the live stream. Just a few comments include:

“Excellent commentary of the Cornish Pirates home matches.”

“The commentary is knowledgeable with local insights and a more relaxed approach.”

“The Pirates commentary team and camera angles are much better than other clubs.”

“Love the commentary.”

“Rhodri and Murray’s commentary is top notch!”

As mentioned, the feedback has certainly been great, but it is also important both to the club and the streaming provider, as it should help provide a best possible service for the remainder of the season.

With reference to supporters experiencing difficulties, Cornish Pirates’ CEO Rebecca Thomas has been rightly praised for her responses to provide advice and assist where possible. If anyone still has any specific queries to help them then please email:
