What’s on April 2024

April is upon us and the run-in to the business end of the season comes into view, with two exciting home fixtures and great promotions! Here’s what’s coming up in a busy month on and off the field:

Friday 5 April – Cornish Pirates v Ealing Trailfinders, Mennaye Field (Kick off 7:30pm)

April starts with a bang, as we welcome the league leaders to the Mennaye Field for some Friday Night Lights! Ealing won the reverse fixture back in February and have a good lead at the top of the Championship Table. But the Mennaye has produced some excellent wins against the visitors over the years and anything is possible with a packed home crowd behind us – do your bit and be there!

Saturday 13 March – Hartpury v Cornish Pirates, Alpas Arena (Kick off 3pm) 

A tricky away day sandwiched in between this months two home fixtures, we travel to the Alpas Arena to take on Hartpury. The home side have been playing some free flowing and entertaining stuff this season, challenging for a top four spot in the league. We won the reverse fixture just before Christmas, but have lost at the Alpas in the last two seasons. Another tricky task awaits, as we look forward to catching up with old friends Harry Bazalgette and Navy Captain Jarrard Hayler.

Sunday 21 April – Cornish Pirates v Cambridge, Mennaye Field (Kick off 2:30pm)

We round off the month with a first ever league meeting with Cambridge at the Mennaye Field! The newly promoted side have impressed in their first season and will be tricky customers. The Pirates have managed two victories over the men from the Ellgia Fields this season, both in the Premiership Rugby Cup and the league. This fixture will also be our ‘Community Day’, so look out for more details on that in the coming weeks.

To redeem your tickets for each game, use your Click Card voucher code on the match ticketing system for Ealing and for Cambridge to obtain your match QR code.  Make sure you select APRIL SAVER as ticket type!

When you purchase the 2 for £20 you would have been sent a QR cod with a code written under it, this is your voucher code for your tickets.

Click on the Ealing game to get your tickets, under Place Your Order click the April Saver with blue click card written in the corner then click purchase, click where it says standing, enter 1 in the April Saver box, enter your details as requested, – name, email, + code. Once completed you will be sent the ticket for the Ealing game, then do the same for the Cambridge game.
