Shareholder Update

Following completion of the successful Crowdcube raise, the Chairman and Board of Kernow Sport Ltd are delighted that over 500 new fan owners will be receiving their share certificates in the near future, along with Dicky Evans who today has regained a portion of his original shareholding from a Channel Islands based company. 

The Board of Kernow Sport, owner of both Cornish Pirates and Truro City FC, see the high numbers of supporters becoming new shareholders as a sign of the strength of commitment to the future of both clubs. They are pleased that it is the supporters who live and breathe the clubs that now share this ownership. 

The Board is thankful for the continuing commitment of Dicky Evans to both clubs while his Sunset Plan allows time for the Board to secure new investors and shareholders to take the clubs forward with renewed vigour.
