The Cornish Pirates expect to soon make known the list of talented players who will be dual-registered with Exeter Chiefs for the coming season
However, in the meantime two such players have been confirmed, as announced at Tuesday evening’s annual Meet the Players event.
Wing Harrison Cully, aged 20, who is a product of his hometown club Brixham, attended Truro College and played for Newquay Hornets. Also, as a member of Exeter Chiefs’ Academy, he has spent the last two seasons playing at Plymouth Albion and has just returned from a spell ‘down under’ where he developed his game further at Sydney University.
The second player named was that of 20-year old Exeter-born Harry Strong, who has also risen through the Chiefs Academy system. A versatile back, able to play in the centre or back three, he also featured for Plymouth Albion last season, besides making a number of outings with the Exeter Braves in the Aviva A League and gaining his first team debut playing against Harlequins in the Anglo-Welsh Cup competition.
Harrison is sponsored by RI Allan Consulting and Harry is sponsored by Borgia Bull Catering
