Tim Wood is a Chartered civil engineer with over 30 years industry experience in Cornwall both in the public and private sectors. He has fulfilled Client, Project Manager, designer and Asset Manager roles giving him experience from project conception to asset maintenance. He has led many major construction projects including project managing the £35m Tamar Bridge Strengthening (2002), Truro’s £18m Tregurra Park and Ride (2015) and the £22m Long Rock (Penzance) Train Care Maintenance Depot Enhancement (2017).

Tim was born in Truro and educated at Redruth School and Bristol University. He lives in Truro with his wife and four children, who were educated at Truro College. Tim said of his new role;

I am looking forward to bringing the Stadium for Cornwall to fruition. It will not be easy but major projects never are. My role is to do a proper job for one and all.
