A Big Crowd Guaranteed!

Supporters will not be surprised to hear that Friday evening’s Premiership Cup game against Gloucester will be played in front of a big crowd. Watch out for updates on our social media and remember, as has previously been announced, that your season ticket does not cover entry to the Premiership Cup games.

Other general information to note is as follows:

The Pirates Shop – The shop will be open on Friday selling a range items. Remember purchases can be made by CARD ONLY – No cash.

Match Programme – Supporters wishing to access the digital match programme can do so either via the social media link 3 hours before kick-off or via the QR Code located at various points around the ground.

Hospitality – Hospitality is sold out for Friday – for the fifth game on the trot. However, for those interested in booking hospitality on future match days please contact our Hospitality & Events Coordinator, Liz McLean – email: [email protected]

Parking Concerns – A problem highlighted last season was when just a few supporters attending matches thoughtlessly parked on grass verges nearby – a real nuisance, especially when it is wet, as it has been of recent. Suffice to say, this naturally gives a bad impression of rugby supporters, so please don’t let yourselves or the club down. We did identify one or two individuals last season who with thanks apologised.

Match Day Collection – This weekend’s collection will be one in aid of the The Chestnut Appeal, whose representatives will once again be warmly welcomed. This is, of course, an important charitable cause so please donate a little if you can.

Post-Match Entertainment – Once again we will welcome the popular Cadgwith Singers, who will ‘strike up’ as usual, followed in the Yeomans sponsored marquee by the also equally popular Will Keating!

Supporter Importance – As we have highlighted in the past, our support at the Mennaye Field helps tremendously when everyone gets behind the team. Outstanding on so many occasions, we really need you on Friday – you really are our sixteenth man!

NO Live-Streaming – Unfortunately, by regulation, at this stage there is no Live Streaming for the Premiership Cup games. However, for those unable to make the game normal live coverage will be available via the always reliable BBC Radio Cornwall.

Finally, Enjoy the Match ‘One & All’ and Thanks Again for Your Always Outstanding Support!
