Supporters will be looking forward to Saturday’s 7th versus 3rd in the league contest which kicks off at the earlier time of 1.30pm.

Having lost to Coventry 32-19 in the away encounter played last October, the Pirates will be keen to gain revenge against a side who are enjoying a fine season.

(Also, immediately following the match, The Pirates Amateurs are scheduled to play Counties 1 Tribute Western West league leaders Topsham in a 3^rd versus 1^st clash. Kick-off is at 3.30pm)

Match Programme – Supporters wishing to access the digital match programme can do so either via the social media link 3 hours before kick-off or via the QR Code located at various points around the ground.

Growing Links – The response to support ‘Growing Links’ has been encouraging. Please note your donations of tinned and non-perishable goods should this week be dropped off at the old Tea Bar in the clubhouse corner of the ground from 11.30am – 1.30pm.

Match Day Collection – This week we welcome representatives from the Cornwall Branch of the RSPCA, who do such important work for animals in need who, regardless of their age are all given a second chance. Last year 602 animals were safely in homes thanks to the branch. If you are able, you may wish to please give generously on Saturday to support your only RSPCA branch in Cornwall.

Six Nations Rugby – After the Pirates match there will be Six Nations coverage in the marquee. England play France with a 4.45pm kick-off.

Championship Cup Semi-final – Update – Having completed their Pool games unbeaten in this season’s Championship Cup, as the highest-ranking club the Cornish Pirates will play fourth ranked Jersey Reds at the Mennaye Field in the semi-final, with the contest now confirmed for Friday 5^th May, kick-off at 7.30pm.

Tickets:   Match tickets for this ‘All Pay’ game will be available online, or can be purchased from the club’s Ticket Office, open Monday – Friday from 9am – 12 noon. The advice for supporters is to purchase ticket needs early.

Season ticket holders should note that they can buy their ‘usual’ seat by contacting the club’s Ticketing Manager, Sue Read, telephone 01736-331961. The deadline to do so is Friday 31^st March.

In the other semi-final, second ranked Ealing Trailfinders will play third ranked Doncaster Knights. Scheduled for the weekend 5-6-7^th May. At the time of writing, the actual chosen day and kick-off time have yet to be confirmed.

As for the final, that is scheduled to take place on the weekend 12-13-14^th May.
