Supporters will no doubt be looking forward to this SUNDAY’S sixth versus ninth Round 19 league game in the Championship against CALDY (ko 2.30pm).
The teams have already met three times this season. In the league, the Pirates lost 15-14 away back in December, whilst in the Cup they won 26-7 away in November and 52-5 at home in February.
Nicknamed ‘The Ravers’, the team from the Wirral will arrive at the Mennaye Field on the back of a 26-19 victory at their Paton Field home last Saturday against London Scottish.

The Roger Pascoe Cup – Votes for the ‘Supporters Player of the Season’
can be cast on Sunday. Choices should simply be written on slips that will be available at the entry points etcetera, to then place in buckets provided. As ever, there are some very good candidates.
Match Programme – Supporters wishing to access the digital match programme can do so either via the social media link 3 hours before kick-off or via the QR Code located at various points around the ground.
Growing Links – The response to support ‘Growing Links’ has been encouraging. Remember, donations of tinned and non-perishable goods, can be dropped off at the old Tea Bar in the clubhouse corner of the ground from 12.30pm – 2.30pm.
The Pirates Shop – There are a variety of exciting items available for sale from the on-ground shop, which will be open ahead of kick-off (including during and briefly after the match), when purchases can be made by CARD ONLY – No cash. Championship Cup Semi-final – Reminder! – As the highest-ranking club from the pool stages, in the semi-final the Cornish Pirates will play fourth ranked Jersey Reds at the Mennaye Field on Friday 5th May (ko 7.30pm).
Tickets: Match tickets for this ‘All Pay’ game will be available online, or can be purchased from the club’s Ticket Office, open Monday – Friday from 9am – 12 noon. The advice for supporters is to purchase ticket needs early.

In the other semi-final, second ranked Ealing Trailfinders will play third ranked Doncaster Knights at home on the 6th May.
As for the final, that is scheduled to take place on the weekend 12-13-14th May.
