The Cornish Pirates are delighted to announce Nevada Construction as the clubs new Lead Community Partner. As part of this exciting new partnership, Nevada will be the title sponsors of our popular Community Cup and and award winning Cornish Pirates in the Community department and lead sponsor for all camps and events – the first of which will be with Dan Hiscocks on Thursday 6th August at The Mennaye.

This new partnership will place a strong emphasis on strengthening the local community and investing in Cornwall’s future. With their Head Office in Devon, Nevada Construction are also based in Truro at the Health and Wellbeing Innovation Centre near Treliske Hospital. Keen rugby supporters, Nevada have seen their presence grow in the rugby circle and sport in general, with partnerships elsewhere in the Southwest including Plymouth Albion, Exeter Chiefs and Exeter City football.

Cornish Pirates Head of Commercial, Ross Hancock, said:

“We are delighted to welcome back Nevada to our network of partners. Their growth as a company has been really impressive to see, so with strong Cornish works we naturally wanted to collaborate. Nevada’s community values really stood out and aligned with ours, so to welcome them in as lead Community Partner at a time where we have won a National Award was the perfect opportunity for both of us” he added.

Mark Jones, Regional Director at Nevada Construction, commented:

“At Nevada Construction, we believe success is measured by the legacy we leave behind. Partnering with the Cornish Pirates allows us to support a club that shares our values of teamwork, resilience and community, while inspiring the next generation across Cornwall. Together, we’re building more than projects—we’re building opportunities, strengthening communities and investing in Cornwall’s future.”
