The Cornish Pirates can officially confirm that their prop forward Christian Judge, who is presently on loan to Saracens until the end of this month, will be joining Bath Rugby for next season.
Aged 26, Christian joined the Cornish Pirates from Bedford Blues in 2017, having previously played for the Cornish All Blacks and Plymouth Albion. His honours include having played for England Counties and for Cornwall’s County Championship winning sides in both 2015 and 2016. In total, he has to date made 38 appearances for the Pirates.

Again, we are not only delighted but proud that Christian has progressed in a way that has taken the attention of not only Saracens but now Bath. Everyone is behind him and congratulating him on his outstanding achievement.
During his time at the Pirates he has been an outstanding contributor, and with a lot of rugby still to be played he is keen to finish strongly on his return at the end of this month.
Following news received this morning that Jersey Reds have regretfully ceased trading, the Cornish Pirates can confirm that their scheduled Round 4 home match versus the islanders in Pool C of the Premiership Rugby Cup on Friday evening is cancelled.
The Cornish Pirates and Jersey Reds go head-to-head at the Mennaye Field, Penzance, this weekend, when under the glow of Friday night lights their fourth versus second Pool C encounter in Round 4 of the Premiership Rugby Cup takes place (ko 7.30pm).
