Centre Will Wings in From the Warriors

The Cornish Pirates can confirm that centre Will Butler has joined the club on a dual-registration agreement with Worcester Warriors.

A former England under 20s player, the 22-year-old has made 17 appearances for Worcester Warriors.

Delighted to welcome Will on board, Cornish Pirates’ joint head coach Gavin Cattle commented:

Unlucky with our midfield players who have been injured this season, our position was not helped when Shae (Tucker) picked up a slight knock during training this week.

There has been an obvious need to have some back up, so Will’s arrival on loan makes him a welcome addition to the squad and we are naturally grateful to Worcester for acting quickly to help make this happen.
