Robin joined the Pirates in May 2018, he has been working as a consultant in the energy sector for the last two years and prior to that he worked for Aggreko plc for 25 years in sales & marketing heading up the international projects sales team for Africa based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai where he lived with his family for 22 years.

He is married with three teenage kids and previously played rugby for Pontypool youth, Abergavenny 1st’s and Abu Dhabi playing second row wearing the no5 shirt and passionately supports Wales whenever possible.
