Stadium Groundwork Begins!

Groundwork in readiness for the construction of the Stadium for Cornwall commenced on Monday, it an historic day for ‘One & All’ in the Duchy.

Dicky Evans, who has put so much energy, time and finance to reach this stage, along with support from committed partners now involved, has commented:

Monday was a special day, as a Stadium for Cornwall is now at last in sight.

It will also, of course, be a truly extra special day when we play our first game there, not forgetting too that it will offer opportunities for the whole of Cornwall, creating a new sporting, educational, business and cultural hub for the benefit of the whole county.

My thanks are expressed to the many fine people, our partners and the Stadium for Cornwall group who have supported us so far and who have shared the dream. It really will be a tremendous asset for the county!
