There is no doubt that Ladies and Girls rugby is on the up, with success for the English Roses and events such as the Women’s Rugby World Cup helping to increase the profile. Rugby is also very much seen as a sport that can provide a pivotal role to boost lives, through appreciating rugby’s values of teamwork and respect, besides being a way of keeping physically fit.
