As most of our Facebook supporters are aware, we have been experiencing unexpected difficulties with our Live Facebook Feed and were unable to broadcast our game against Ealing Trailfinders. On the day we had excellent pictures to our control room but no audio, and then we had a software issue meaning we were unable to upload the picture to Facebook.
Our partners at Microcomms have been working around the clock to resolve this and every time they have solved one issue another has presented itself. We have had issues with our infrastructure, hardware and software that have been challenging to say the least. Now, however, we are delighted to inform everyone that this has been resolved to the best of our ability.
We have been robustly testing the system and prior to our game against Newcastle Falcons will tomorrow be conducting a live test on our Facebook as part of our final preparation. Rhodri McAtee will be discussing team selection with our Director of Rugby, Chris Stirling at 11am, so please look out for the ‘live’ interview’’.
