Improve Your Mental Health Through Physical Activity
If you don’t know where to start when looking to improve mental health through physical activity, then an important ‘Get Set to GO’ taster session is to be held at the Penzance Leisure Centre on Wednesday 19th December, from 1 – 3pm.
Present with friendly activity leaders, whose aim is to help people overcome their challenges, will be representatives of the Cornish Pirates who together understand that physical activity is good for our bodies and our minds. Indeed, it can boost confidence, improve energy and help people make new friends.
Cornish Pirates’ Community Engagement Manager, Sam Teasdale, said:
We are really looking forward to kickstarting the programme on Wednesday. Come along and join in!
