4 Weeks of Pre-Season Completed

The first four weeks of pre-season training has as ever been tough, but at this stage of preparation is necessary for the players to acquire the high fitness levels required for the Championship.

Co-Coaches Gavin Cattle and Alan Paver, who are starting their second year at the helm, have worked closely with the club’s Strength & Conditioning personnel and associated colleagues as together they focus on what promises to be another encouraging and exciting campaign ahead.

New Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, Greg Sammons, said: “The pre-season has started well and the lads are integrating nicely. We have ramped it up as we move along, made a few changes and everyone has bought in to what we are doing.”
