There will many people about Penzance and beyond who will be sorry to hear that Peter Michell, a retired jeweller and former captain of the Pirates and Cornwall and a Past President of the Cornwall RFU, sadly passed away on Tuesday. He was aged 90.
This Saturday will see the Cornish Pirates welcome old friends Bedford Blues to the Mennaye Field for a Round 2 fixture in this season’s RFU Championship. The contest kicks off at 2.30pm.
