Life doesn't get any easier in the next two fixtures as we play 1st & 2nd in the Championship on consecutive weekends but hey we have to play all the teams at some point so why not now?
The BIC quarter-final match versus Doncaster is a welcome financial boost for the club and if we are victorious then we will once again reach the semi-finals of the competition.

We have two away matches before a weekend off so a fair bit of travelling for the squad coming up.
So the week off from training the players received last week obviously had a positive impact with Sunday’s victory against Nottingham the evidence for all to see.
For the second week running our match was played with a very strong wind blowing down the pitch as Old Deer Park was taking a bit of a battering from the periphery of Storm Desmond
So our momentum keeps on rolling but for a long period it had looked as though our cup form was not going to be translated into Championship points. A tremendous comeback to overturn an 11-point deficit against a team in the top four was no mean feat. ..
The first weekend of the British and Irish Cup (BIC) saw us pick up a good win against London Welsh. A young and vibrant team, including nine Cornish born players, adapted well to the traditional autumnal weather and secured a deserved win..
