Torquil Dick, known as Dicky, is the club's head physiotherapist who joined the Cornish Pirates early in 2010.
Attending Southampton University, Dicky graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honours in 2000. Working first for the NHS and then with the London Irish Academy (2001-03), this was followed by two years working in French ski resorts before he decided to move to New Zealand in 2005.
Having been around at the club for the past 4 seasons, Jeff has relished the opportunity to work with a professional sports team like the Cornish Pirates, and finds it quite ironic that as a keen footballer he finds himself working for a rugby club.
Jeff currently runs his own private practice, at Scorrier Redruth, where he is involved in the rehabilitation, from injury, of local sportsmen and women (plus the non-sporty!).
His 'CV' is an impressive one, having been the senior governing body physiotherapist to the British Bobsleigh and Bob-Skeleton team (1996-2006).
He was a member of the Great Britain teams at the Winter Olympic Games in Nagano, Japan (1998), Salt Lake City, USA, (2002), and Torino, Italy (2006).
Rebecca joined us in the summer of 2011, working one day a week and helping out on match days.
'Becky' is working towards her masters degree at the University of Bath, having graduated in 2003 with a BSc in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England, Bristol.
