Paul Is Sponsored By Demelza International Yachting
Cornishman Paul Andrew signed back on board for a two year contract in June 2014 following a season with Worcester Warriors.
Director of Rugby Ian Davies said: “As they say Once A Pirate Always A Pirate and when the opportunity came to re-sign Paul both of us jumped at the chance.
Paul was a stand-out player for us when he went to Worcester and now returning with Premiership experience, his presence will add greatly to the squad.”
Paul had his first Championship outing in the Pirates front row at the tender age of nineteen when he came on as a replacement against London Welsh.
Having gained valuable experience on loan to Mounts Bay, he returned to the Pirates and, following a couple of matches against the Cornish All Blacks in the ill-fated ‘Cornwall Super Cup,’ he got that chance at Old Deer Park followed by a few more that season.
Following 5 seasons at the Pirates he moved to Worcester Warriors for a season, where he made 10 appearances and gained valuable Premiership experience.
